This UPS Store should be awarded with the absolute best customer service award!! The young lady is such a pleasure to talk to every time I get serviced by her.. She always greet you with a smile and always delivers excellent quality service! The other men are also so very pleasant! I just want to share this positive review! Keep up the good work! My favorite location to drop off my packages! Thank you for making a big difference in my customer service experience! You matter!

Easy accessible parking right out side the door. It was not busy when i went so it was super quick. Place was clean. I had no issues with service.

I visit a variety of UPS stores on a regular basis and this one is far and away the best! It is very well managed and staffed with knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented people. I drive past most of the surrounding UPS stores to do business with this one.

high cost; also showed my AARP card but did not get any discount although the AARP web site says there is a 5% discount.

This store is the absolute worst. I shipped a very expensive item for. This location. It arrived damage. I contacted UPS corporate to file a claim for insurance. I was told that the check would go to the sender (which was me).I was then contacted by Carrie, who claimed that she was a manger at the Tylersville UPS store. She said that I shouldn’t have started the claim with UPS corporate rather I should have contacted the store directly. She asked for more pictures and receipts from my purchase. She said that I had more than enough insurance to cover the replacement piece that I had to purchase. Carrie told me that She said That I could expect my check in 7-10 business days. Then she said the opposite of what corporate said, she said that UPS would send it to the store first(why?) , then the would mail it to me. After waiting 14 business days I still had not received my check. I called back to the Tylersville UPS store. This time I spoke with Andrew who claimed that he was the manager and not Carrie. He had not been informed of a claim but assured me that Carrie had filed it. He said that I probably had not received my check because UPS had sent it via USPS, and USPS was running behind. I told him that it had been a month , they aren’t that far behind. He told me to just wait. I waited another 10 business days and spoke with Andrew again he said that it shows that he sent the check. I asked him for the check number and to trace the envelope since I still have not received it. He said that he couldn’t and I should just wait a few more days, he would check with the operations manager and call me back. I had to call Andrew back. Now 2 months laterAndrew’s story has changed he says that a claim was never filed. How when UPS corporate sent an email saying that they issued a check on 4/26? Andrew then blamed me. He said that I shouldn’t have started the initialclaim with UPS corporate, I should have called the store directly. I asked how much longer should I expect. He rudely replied “Like I said, I submitted the claim.” My patience had run out. I asked to speak to his manager. He said that I couldn’t. I asked for her name. He said that he couldn’t tell me her name. I told him that he could. He then said that he was uncomfortable with giving me her name, but he would have her call me. Just like all of the other times he was supposed to call and follow up with me. Be ware using this location! This is beyond poor management. This is bordering on fraudulent. I paid for insurance. Allegedly a check was issued but I never received it and cannot get any answers.
